A Special Edition with 100% of profits going to a great cause, The Kind Kitchen. We are honoured to be collaborating with another legend, Steve Barker who has been hosting his incredible radio show On The Wire for over 40 years. On The Wire was among the first to interview The Smiths and Depeche Mode; it played 808 State’s “Pacific State” and A Guy Called Gerald’s “Voodoo Ray” before anyone else; it even staged a free Fall gig at Clitheroe Castle. As well as playing some of the best dub and reggae you could hear on the radio.

'The original On the Wire poster was created in 1986 by Steve Hardstaff aka Jacuzzi, in pen and ink. Steve is Liverpool-based graphic artist, he carried the cut-outs used by Peter Blake for the Sergeant Pepper cover, designed Led Zep’s Electric Magic gig poster and much later many album covers for Liverpool bands including Half Man Half Biscuit. The On the Wire poster was given a digital make-over in 1991 to update the time of broadcast for the show; its the only poster ever to portray both Cliff Richard and Albert Ayler ....' Steve Barker
