Returns Policy
We guarantee our custom printed T-Shirts to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or full refund. Understandably, customised items cannot be accepted for return (our numbered T-Shirts), unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Delivery
We can deliver to virtually any address in the world (we hope!). Postage and packing to UK addresses is £2.95 and should take between 5 - 10 working days from the date of your order. We are a very small company and all our T-Shirts are made to order, finishing them by hand so please be patient at busy times of the year, we appreciate it!
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery costs and delivery dates for you based on the delivery options you choose for all other countries. Delivery date estimates will appear on the delivery quotes page.
Please also note that the delivery rates for our items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the delivery companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.
