Three years in the making since I first discovered the background to the seminal album, 'The Bridge' recorded on the fourth floor of Macey House, with help from Brian Eno's 'Discreet Music' release which provided some helpful production tips on the cover!
'This t-shirt was designed by Nick Coupland to celebrate the reissue of “The Bridge” album by Thomas Leer and Robert Rental in April 2022, and the “From The Port To The Bridge” exhibition at The Horse Hospital, London until 10th February 2022. In association with Mute Records, The Port To The Bridge exhibition will be at The Horse Hospital, London from 21 Jan-10 Feb 2022.
This design is printed with two colours, white and yellow inks onto Bright Blue or Black super soft 100% Organic Cotton as usual, and hand printed in Glasgow.
